김의윤(이하 “운영자”)은 euiyun.com 웹사이트와 운영자가 배포하는 모바일 앱에서 처리하는 개인정보를 보호합니다. 이 방침은 해당 웹사이트와 앱에 공통으로 적용되며, 기능에 따라 실제 처리되는 정보가 달라지는 경우 아래에 구분해 안내합니다.
1. 운영자 및 적용 범위
개인정보처리자와 개인정보 보호 문의 담당자는 김의윤입니다. 이 방침은 euiyun.com 웹사이트와 운영자 명의로 제공되는 모바일 앱에 적용됩니다. 앱 안에서 Google Play 등 외부 사업자가 제공하는 기능을 사용하면 그 사업자의 개인정보처리방침도 적용됩니다.
2. 처리하는 정보와 이용 목적
- 웹사이트 방문 정보: Google Analytics를 통해 방문한 페이지, 방문 시각, 유입 경로, 브라우저·기기·운영체제·언어 정보, 대략적인 지역 정보와 웹 식별자(쿠키)를 처리하여 방문 통계를 만들고 사이트를 개선합니다. 운영자는 계정 가입이나 웹사이트 문의 양식을 제공하지 않습니다.
- 이메일 문의: 사용자가 이메일로 문의하면 발신 이메일 주소, 이름·문의 내용·첨부 파일 등 메시지에 포함된 정보를 답변과 문의 처리에 이용합니다.
- 앱 내 저장 정보: Critter Survivors의 게임 진행 상태와 Hexillion의 게임 진행 상태·설정은 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 기기에서 앱 데이터를 지우면 기기 내 데이터도 삭제됩니다.
- Hexillion의 선택 기능: 사용자가 Google Play 게임즈에 로그인하면 플레이어 ID, 프로필(닉네임·아바타), 리더보드 점수가 Google을 통해 처리됩니다. 인앱 구매 기능은 Google Play가 결제를 처리하고, 앱은 구매 복원에 필요한 상품의 구매 상태와 구매 토큰을 조회합니다. 운영자는 Google 계정 비밀번호나 카드 번호를 받지 않습니다.
현재 Critter Survivors와 Hexillion은 광고 SDK나 앱 분석 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다. 앱 기능이 추가되거나 정보 처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 방침을 갱신합니다.
3. 보유 및 이용 기간
- 이메일 문의 정보는 문의 처리가 끝날 때까지 보유한 뒤 삭제합니다. 분쟁 처리나 법령상 보존이 필요한 경우에는 해당 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.
- 웹사이트 분석 정보는 Google Analytics 속성에 설정된 데이터 보유 기간에 따릅니다. 통계 보고서에 포함된 집계 데이터는 분석 서비스의 설정과 정책에 따라 더 오래 남을 수 있습니다.
- 기기 안의 게임 정보는 사용자가 앱을 삭제하거나 저장 데이터를 지울 때까지 보유됩니다. Google Play 게임즈 정보와 구매 기록은 Google 계정 및 Google의 보유 정책에 따릅니다.
4. 제3자 서비스 및 국외 처리
euiyun.com은 Google Analytics를 사용합니다. Google Analytics는 쿠키에 저장된 웹 식별자와 방문·기기 정보를 사용해 통계를 제공합니다. 이 과정에서 정보가 Google LLC 및 Google이 운영하는 국외 인프라에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 전송되는 정보는 방문 페이지·이용 기록, 브라우저·기기 정보, 쿠키 식별자와 대략적인 지역 정보이며, 전송 시점은 사이트를 방문해 분석 스크립트가 실행될 때입니다. 데이터 보유 기간은 Google Analytics 속성 설정에 따릅니다. Google의 안내에 따르면 Analytics는 IP 주소를 수집 과정에서 이용하지만 이를 기록하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
Hexillion에서 Google Play 게임즈 또는 Google Play 결제를 이용하는 경우, 해당 기능에 필요한 정보는 Google이 제공하는 서비스로 전달되어 Google의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. 이메일 문의는 Google의 이메일 서비스(Gmail)를 통해 전달·보관될 수 있습니다. 웹 글꼴과 스타일시트 제공을 위해 Google Fonts 또는 jsDelivr에 접속할 때에도 해당 제공업체가 연결 정보(IP 주소 및 브라우저 요청 정보)를 처리할 수 있습니다.

5. 쿠키 및 자동 수집 정보의 거부
웹사이트의 Google Analytics는 방문과 세션을 구분하기 위해 브라우저에 쿠키(예: _ga)를 저장할 수 있습니다. 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키를 차단하거나 삭제할 수 있고, Google Analytics 차단 브라우저 부가기능을 사용할 수도 있습니다. 쿠키를 차단하면 일부 사이트 기능이나 통계 측정이 달라질 수 있습니다.

Euiyun Kim (the “Operator”) protects personal information handled through euiyun.com and mobile apps distributed by the Operator. This policy applies to those services together and identifies differences where information depends on the feature used.
1. Operator and scope
Euiyun Kim is the personal information controller and the contact for privacy requests. This policy covers euiyun.com and mobile apps provided under the Operator’s name. When you use features provided by third parties such as Google Play, those providers’ privacy policies also apply.
2. Information and purposes
- Website visit information: Google Analytics processes pages visited, visit times, referral sources, browser, device, operating system and language information, approximate location, and a web identifier stored in a cookie. This information is used for traffic statistics and site improvement. The website does not offer account registration or a contact form.
- Email inquiries: If you contact the Operator by email, the sender address and information in your message, such as your name, inquiry, and attachments, are used to respond and handle the inquiry.
- On-device app data: Critter Survivors game progress and Hexillion game progress and settings are stored on your device. This data is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data on the device.
- Optional Hexillion features: If you sign in to Google Play Games, Google processes your player ID, profile (display name and avatar), and leaderboard score. Google Play processes in-app payments; the app checks the purchase state and purchase token needed to restore a product. The Operator does not receive your Google password or card number.
Critter Survivors and Hexillion currently use no advertising SDKs or in-app analytics SDKs. This policy will be updated if app features or data practices change.
3. Retention
- Email inquiry information is kept until the inquiry is resolved and then deleted, unless it must be retained for a dispute or under applicable law.
- Website analytics information is retained for the period configured in the Google Analytics property. Aggregated report data may remain longer according to the analytics service settings and policies.
- Game data on your device is retained until you uninstall the app or clear its stored data. Google Play Games information and purchase records are subject to your Google account and Google’s retention policies.
4. Third-party services and international processing
euiyun.com uses Google Analytics. Google Analytics may use a cookie-based web identifier and visit and device information to provide statistics. This information may be processed by Google LLC and on Google infrastructure outside your country. The information includes pages visited, usage events, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, and approximate location. It is sent when you visit the site and the analytics tag runs. Retention follows the settings of the Google Analytics property. Google states that Analytics uses IP addresses during collection but does not log or store them.
If you use Google Play Games or Google Play Billing in Hexillion, information needed for those features is sent to and processed by Google under the terms of those services. Email inquiries may be delivered to and stored in Google’s Gmail service. Google Fonts and jsDelivr may also process connection information, such as your IP address and browser request, when your browser requests fonts or stylesheets from them.

5. Cookies and opt-out
Google Analytics on the website may store cookies in your browser (for example, _ga) to distinguish visits and sessions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies may affect some site features or measurement.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information. Send your request to the email below. The Operator may ask you to verify your identity and will respond without undue delay unless the law provides otherwise. A parent or legal guardian may make a request concerning a child under 14.
7. Children’s privacy
The Operator does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 14. If a guardian believes a child’s information has been provided to the Operator, please contact the email below. The handling of children’s information by third-party services such as Google Play Games is governed by those providers’ policies and age requirements.
